Hebrews 9:22 (NKJV)
And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission.

1 Peter 1:18-19 (NKJV)
18 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers,
19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.


What is the Blood of Jesus?

The blood of Jesus is not ordinary blood.

  • The blood of the innocent
  • The pure and perfect blood
  • The blood that takes the place of sinful humanity

Jesus did not die because of weakness, nor because of defeat, but because of love and obedience to the Father’s will.


The Power of Jesus Blood

  1. The Power of Forgiveness
    Ephesians 1:7 (NKJV)
    In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace
    No sin is too great to be forgiven.
  2. The Power of Justification (being justified before God)
    Roma 5:9 (TJB)
    Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.
    We are no longer sinners destined for punishment, but righteous people by God’s grace through faith in Jesus.
  3. Power of Protection
    Exodus 12:13 (TJB)
    Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.
    The blood of Jesus is our spiritual protection.
  4. The Power of Peace
    Colossians 1:20 (TJB)
    and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.
    Our relationship with God has been restored.
    • From enemy -> to child
    • From far away -> to close by
  5. Kuasa Kemenangan
    Revelation 12:11 (NKJV)
    And they overcame him bythe blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
    The blood of Jesus brings victory over:
    • The Devil
    • Sin
    • Fear
    • The past


Be on Guard Against the Devil’s Intimidation

Even after we won, the devil didn’t stop.
He no longer just attacked from the outside, but began to intimidate us from within.
Revelation 12:10 – refers to him as the accuser.

He whispered:

  • “You’re not worthy…”
  • “You’re still a sinner…”
  • “God hasn’t truly forgiven you…”


The Devil’s Intimidation

👉 That’s not the truth—it’s intimidation. The devil can’t change our status, but he tries to mess with our minds.
👉 The truth is:
We have been redeemed
We have been justified
We have been reconciled
We have already won
Not “will win”…
but HAVE ALREADY WON.


Closing

Jesus blood not only saves us from sin…
but gives us a new life, full of victory, and with a real impact.
